ASEAN Insurance Regulators’ Meeting (AIRM) is a regional forum that brings together insurance regulators from ASEAN Member States to exchange insights, discuss key insurance developments and challenges, and strengthen regulatory cooperation across the region.
ASEAN Insurance Council (AIC) Meeting is a regional forum that brings together insurance industry representatives from across ASEAN to exchange perspectives, address emerging challenges, and strengthen collaboration in advancing the region’s insurance sector.
The 29th ASEAN Insurance Regulators’ Meeting (AIRM) and the 52nd ASEAN Insurance Council (AIC) Meeting serve as key regional platforms for dialogue and collaboration between insurance regulators and industry representatives across ASEAN. Together, these meetings strengthen regional cooperation, facilitate the exchange of knowledge and perspectives, and support the development of a resilient, inclusive, and sustainable ASEAN insurance sector.
In addition to the 29th AIRM and 52nd AIC Meeting, a series of related meetings, workshops, and capacity-building activities will also be held.
The 29th ASEAN Insurance Regulators’ Meeting (AIRM) and the 52nd ASEAN Insurance Council (AIC) Meeting serve as important regional platforms for ASEAN insurance regulators and industry representatives to exchange perspectives, strengthen cooperation, and advance the development of the ASEAN insurance sector. The meetings bring together representatives from ASEAN Member States to discuss key developments, challenges, and opportunities affecting the regional insurance industry. Through continued dialogue and collaboration, the meetings provide an avenue for members to share experiences, regulatory perspectives, and best practices, while identifying areas for greater regional cooperation.
The 29th AIRM provides an opportunity for insurance regulators across ASEAN to discuss regulatory and supervisory developments, emerging risks, and issues of common interest affecting the insurance sector. The discussions aim to support greater understanding and cooperation among ASEAN insurance regulatory authorities.
Complementing the regulators’ dialogue, the 52nd AIC Meeting brings together members of the ASEAN Insurance Council to discuss matters concerning the regional insurance industry and the Council’s ongoing initiatives and programmes. The meeting also supports the continued implementation of collaborative initiatives designed to strengthen the capacity, resilience, and competitiveness of the ASEAN insurance sector.
For security purposes, all delegates are required to clearly display their event identification pass during the meetings as well as when attending social functions.
The 52nd AlC Meeting will be held at Bali International Convention Centre, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua.
