Arrival in Bali

International travellers are required to complete the AllIndonesia digital arrival
declaration before arriving in Indonesia. The declaration may be submitted up to three (3)
days before arrival through the official website or mobile application. The form can be
completed online Or you can download the application
from Google Play or App Store

To ensure a smooth registration process, the following documents must be prepared:

  • Passport/valid individual travel document
  • Information on residence in Indonesia
  • Flight or other transportation details

Please note that

a. AllIndonesia is free of charge.
b. AllIndonesia is not a visa.
c. AllIndonesia registration does not guarantee entry to Indonesia and still subject to
immigration clearance process upon arrival in Indonesia.

Obtain the QR Code after registration:
a. download or screenshot the QR Code; and
b. check email
Customs officers at the arrival airport will scan the
QR Code and perform a check.

Tourist Levy

Effective from 14 February 2024, the Provincial Government of Bali has implemented a Tourist Levy for all foreign visitors entering Bali. All foreign tourists are required to pay a levy of IDR 150,000 per person per visit.

The levy applies to both adults and children and should be paid online through the Love Bali system prior to arrival. The Love Bali system can be accessed at https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id . Information on exemptions and eligibility can be found at gapura.ojk.go.id/exemption.

Please note that the electrical plugs in Indonesia might differ from those in your home country. You should bring along an Indonesia-compatible plug adapter for your electronic devices.
