International travellers are required to complete the AllIndonesia digital arrival declaration before arriving in Indonesia. The declaration may be submitted up to three (3) days before arrival through the official website or mobile application. The form can be completed online https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/.

For participants who prefer independent arrangements upon arrival, official app-based ride-hailing services operate directly out of the airport with dedicated customer lounges:

  • Gojek (GoCar): You can book a ride via the Gojek app or get assistance from staff directly at the Gojek Customer Lounges. These are located at the International Drop Zone Area and the Domestic Arrival Hall. Staff at the lounge can help coordinate your pickup, and an instant OTP (One-Time Password) system is used to match you with your driver immediately.
  • Grab (GrabCar): A dedicated Grab Lounge is situated just outside the arrival hall, before crossing the road toward the multi-storey airport car park.
  • Official Airport Taxis: Metered and fixed-fare taxi counters remain available immediately outside the arrival hall exit.
